Deadbait Oil and Air Injection Needle Kits

There a few Deadbait injection kits on the market these days at an affordable price varying from £2.50 to £5.99.

The reason you would use a deadbait injection kit is two fold.

Injecting Air into your deadbait has two advantages. First it will help hold your bait off any snags that might be present on the waters bottom and secondly can in enhance the presentation of the bait look more " dead " as often bait fish will float.

Injection of oils can enhance the performance of the bait when the going gets tough. There has been an explosion of artificial flavouring in the past few years aimed at the pike anglers with some zander anglers have some good results using them whilst zander fishing. I cannot say if they are any good as would prefer to more / replace the bait. But this year will give them a go and write up my findings.
